5Betting Rules

All bets placed on PSG77 are subject to both general rules and the specific rules for each game type or sport. The general betting rules at PSG77 are as follows:

Confirmed bets cannot be amended or cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
PSG77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets that exceed the maximum limits set for a specific match or market.
In the event of a technical error, odds error, or other exceptional circumstances affecting a match result, PSG77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the original amount to the member's account.
For e-sports betting: if a match is cancelled and cannot be resumed within 24 hours, all bets will be voided and refunded. If a match is postponed and resumes within the specified period, the final result will be used for bet settlement.
For sports betting such as Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football competitions: standard settlement rules apply. Matches extended beyond 90 minutes due to injury time will be settled on the regular full-time result (90 minutes) unless otherwise stated in the relevant market.
PSG77 uses multiple sources to verify match results. Results announced by the official organising body are final.

Odds & Markets: Odds may change at any time before or during a match. The odds that apply to your bet are those confirmed at the time the bet slip is accepted, not the current odds at any later point. PSG77 is not responsible for any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed.

6Account Closure

A PSG77 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Voluntary closure by member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned once all rollover requirements have been met.
Self-exclusion: Members who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their lives may apply for self-exclusion for a specified period or permanently. Excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
